Store Policy

Warranty:
​Don't like what you see? You have 15 days from date of purchase to return unworn, unaltered merchandise purchased from glanceeweargallery.com. 

You'll only pay a 15% re-stocking fee and of course postage because after all the mail men and women worked hard getting it to you. How to get it back to us? Just email us at Glance@GlanceEyewearGallery.com for a Return Authorization number (RA). A copy of the original receipt must be included with the merchandise being returned. 

To return the merchandise just send it in a sturdy cardboard mailing box and remember to write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the box. Merchandise returned without an RA number on the outside of the box will not be accepted or refunded.  

Please know that GlanceEyewearGallery.com is not responsible for frames lost in the mail, or for damage incurred if merchandise is sent in envelopes or unsecured boxes. 

​Frames returned for refund without the original case and accessories will be credited minus the case retail price of $12.00. GlanceEyewearGallery.com does not refund shipping charges. 

Shipping:
​$12.95 Continental US USPS Ground Shipping & Handling.

​We do not ship internationally at this time.

All orders placed Monday - Thursday will be shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours of being placed.  For orders placed Friday, Saturday, Sunday or a Holiday the order will process on the following business day.

Shipping Timelines:
​Once your order has shipped, the method of shipping and carrier will determine when it arrives at your door.
You will receive a tracking number with the shipment confirmation email.
